Enrollment

Welcome to our school community! Please use the information below to ensure a smooth transition into our district.

Enrollment is a two-step process including completing forms on FinalForms, an online registration website, and an in person appointment with the enrollment specialist.

Enrollment for Preschool

The Ohio Department of Education designates the Lynchburg-Clay preschool as an integrated classroom for preschool children that may be typically developing or have identified disabilities. We are rated as a 5-star program through the state quality rating system (Step Up To Quality) to provide quality care and education for children and families. A five-star rating means that we have gone the extra mile to ensure the children in our care are receiving enhanced learning and care experiences that form a solid educational foundation.

A typical child is eligible for our preschool if they meet these requirements:
  1. The child must be a resident of our school district.
  2. The child must be 4 on or before August 1 of the new school year.

All resident families interested in our preschool program will be put on a waiting list. The list for the 2025-2026 school year opened on January 13, 2025. Waiting list forms can be completed in person at the elementary.

Please call the elementary office (937-364-9119) if you have any questions about our preschool program.
