Title I Notification

Lynchburg-Clay Elementary School in the Lynchburg-Clay Local School District is designated as a Title I School-wide building. As such parents are entitled to request information regarding the professional qualifications of their student's classroom teachers, including:
- If the teacher has met state qualification and licensing criteria for the grade level and subject areas taught;
- If the teacher is teaching under emergency or temporary status in which State qualifications or licensing criteria are waived;
- The teacher's baccalaureate degree major, graduate certification, and field of discipline;
- Whether the student is provided services by paraprofessionals, and if so, their qualifications.
