Lynchburg-Clay Unveils New Strategic Plan

Lynchburg-Clay Local School District is excited to share its all-new strategic plan. 

 

Over the past year, board members, administrators, staff, community members and a student representative worked together to build a plan that reflects what matters most to the Lynchburg-Clay community. The result is a roadmap centered on three goals: Engage, Elevate and Empower.

 

"This plan is a reflection of our community's voice," said Superintendent Jacob Zink, who helped guide the process as assistant superintendent before stepping into the role of superintendent. "We asked our students, staff and neighbors what they wanted for Lynchburg-Clay's future and we listened. Now our job is to deliver on it together."

 

The plan's three goals are:

  • Engage — Strengthen student engagement and growth through relevant coursework, expanded career pathways and enriching opportunities for every student.
  • Elevate — Provide facilities that meet the needs of our students today and tomorrow.
  • Empower — Build stronger two-way communication so every stakeholder feels informed and engaged.
